Tawheed Development Foundation (TDF) is a non-profit organization founded by Haj Saeed Hamid Jallo in 2015 with a mission to promote leadership, mentorship, and community development, particularly within the Zongo communities of Ghana. The Foundation was established in response to pressing social challenges, including the growing need for ethical and community-centred development initiatives, youth unemployment, and lack of structured leadership training,
The inspiration behind this Foundation stems from the Founder’s personal experiences in the media which focused on leadership, community service, and conflict resolution. Recognizing the need for a platform that nurtures young minds, fosters civic responsibility, and encourages social cohesion, the Tawheed Development Foundation was created to bridge these gaps. The organization integrates Islamic values with contemporary leadership principles, aiming to instill a sense of purpose, discipline, and service among young people. Above all, we aspire to put a smile on the lips of every marginalized individual and challenged communities.
Since its inception, TDF has engaged in various programs, including charity, dawah and mentorship initiatives, leadership training workshops, peacebuilding campaigns, and advocacy on key social issues. By working closely with religious leaders, educators, policymakers, and community members, our Foundation continues to drive meaningful change, empowering individuals to contribute positively to society. Through sustainable projects and collaborative efforts, the Tawheed Development Foundation envisions a future where strong leadership and community-driven initiatives lead to lasting social and economic transformation.
Mobilizing resources, adding value to human resource and making the world a better place to live through the provision of relief, education and support.
To create a highly informed community, where all are empowered intellectually and spiritually.
